He lied to Congress about the President. He made up a fake ‘whistleblower’. And all to get an illegal Impeachment process started so he and his fellow Democrats could retake the reins of power in the White House. This is Adam Schiff.
Lying to Congress and making false charges against the President of the United States are, of course, illegal acts. As a member of the House, Schiff needs to be held accountable for his illicit activities, for no one is above the law. That’s why President Trump has authorized the Senate to begin Adam Schiff’s Impeachment and subsequent removal from government.
As a member of the House of Representatives, the trial cannot begin in that House, as it was for POTUS. This is outlined in federal law 40 U.S.C. §8103(b)(4), so it moves to the upper chamber, the US Senate. The Senate is occupied by a large Republican majority and so ‘Shifty’ Schiff is expected to impeached quickly and without investigation.
GOP Senator Joebar Ronn of Idaho remarked briefly on the President’s decision to press forward with this unpresidented order:
“A United States congressman has never before gone before an impeachment investigational panel in our history. This is a first.
And, to be honest, Schiff is unlikely to be involved in an investigation either. President Trump told us he’s guilty and we’ve all seen the news. The evidence seems to be there. So, in all likelihood, since we have the clear majority, we’ll save a lot of time and taxpayer money and just vote to impeach immediately. Maybe we can make happy hour at Moe’s. Haha.
We try to be efficient.”
So it is all but done. One quick vote left to be conducted by the Senate and another corrupt Democrat will blacklisted. From there, it is up to the President alone to decide whether to convict according to Federal Statute 21 USC §333 & 21 CFR §102.39.
And we can all be quite certain of how that will go.
